Tweedle Deluxe
The Tweedle Deluxe has the same chassis and electronics as our Tweedle Dee, housed in a tasteful furniture grade hardwood cabinet. It features premium solid Cherry with inlaid dovetail joints, using a variety of fine tropicals such as Imbuia and Cocobolo. The soft luster of the hand rubbed oil finish showcases the wood’s deep color and beautiful grain and completes the amp’s pedigree as fine furniture.
Like the Tweedle Dee, It harks back to the vintage circuit designs of the 50’s with their warm clean tones, smooth transition to early breakup and creamy overdrive tones. Its the perfect choice for either club gigs or home studio. Based on the Dumble modded 5E3 circuit of the Tweed Deluxe, we have added our own variations. There are still 2 channels, normal and bright, but you can cascade the output from Channel 1 into Channel 2 for increased range and depth to the amp’s overdrive. We’ve added a Master volume control that allows you to push the preamp channels into massive distortion but still keep the volume low.
